We transformed this modern condo into a functional and stylish oasis by maximizing the space while minimizing clutter, creating a harmonious balance between form and function.
By employing innovative methods to fully utilize the limited space, we’ve created an extra small second floor that serves as both an office and a sleeping area.
Living room
This is our transformation of a condo with impressively high ceilings, we fully embrace this vertical expanse, we’ve designed the living room to take advantage of the full height, enhancing the sense of openness and comfort.
We fully utilized the vertical space by creating a second floor, which houses an efficient office area and a cozy bedroom. This thoughtful design maximizes the functionality of the condo, providing distinct zones for relaxation, work, and sleep without compromising on style or comfort.
Sleeping Area
We designed the sleeping area in a double-decker style, with the bed elevated to create space underneath for a desk and table, effectively transforming it into a functional study area.
